Great Recipe Blog

As I am creating a meal plan for the next 10 weeks, I am loving Gina's WW Recipes blog. Her recipes tell how many points, as well as the calorie count. It also has info on fat, protein, carbs & fiber. This makes it usable for pretty much any dietary monitoring system you are using.

I have not cooked any of her meals, yet. I am hopeful they are good... because I am incorporating many of them into my meal plans. Hopefully, I am not saying "Thank you, Gina!" prematurely!

At least it is giving me a place to start- that is new, different and exciting. If my food gets boring, I get lazy in my eating. It's a fact.
