Low Cal Snacks

Here's a quick list I found (it is included below) for snacks that are 100 calories or fewer. I have not had all of these, so- again, not saying anything about the yumminess factor. Altho- I do like sugar free Jello. Plain, tho- no fake topping.

Before I give you the list, I also really like Calorie Count for tracking your daily calories, exercise, protein, fat & carbs and so much more. It is free, too. LiveStrong is similar, and for the most part, it is free, too.

100 Calorie Snacks
Well, of course now many companies are packaging items in 100 calorie quantities. However, most of those are junk food, so they aren't that great for a daily snack. But, they are good to have a little treat now and then so you don't feel like you never get to eat any junk.

1/2 c. sugar-free Jello and two Tbsp. reduced-fat whipped topping
two handfuls of chocolate raisins
1/2 an apple spread with 2 tsp. peanut butter

1/2 c. fat-free, sugar-free instant or packaged pudding
whole wheat toast with 1 tsp. sugar-free spread
non-fat yogurt (artificially sweetened)

a Fudgesicle
6 saltine crackers with 2 tsp. of peanut butter (My personal favorite!)
